The Terms of Sale mentioned below apply to all offers made by Artinkart.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), all registration done herein, all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.

• All products displayed for sale on the Website will be sold at the price listed on the website and will be shipped in the shipping condition mentioned for respective product on the website.

• The price quoted for the products are inclusive of taxes, shipping and handling.No discount(s) will be accorded on the quoted price unless otherwise mentioned. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts liability for all taxes and duties applicable on the purchase as well as packing, shipping and handling charges of the product.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

• Reliable and reputed couriers are used for shipping products. However, please allow 6-8 working days for delivery of product.

• The information that the Buyer furnishes at the time of registration or amended when the purchase of product is finalized, will be considered by Mask-Sanitizer.in to be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the respective product. No modification whatsoever will be entertained after the sale has been executed.All invoices will be raised by Mask-Sanitizer.in based on the registration information provided by the buyer at the time of making the purchase.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.

• Placing an order on www.artinkart.com constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded/cancelled by Mask-Sanitizer.in within 3 working days on account of default or any prior or continuing breach by the buyer, such acceptance results in an enforceable contact of sale. The contract of sale is between Mask-Sanitizer.in and the buyer.

• Payment must be made within three working days of placing an order on our website. This payment should include the price of the product as well as taxes, duties, shipping and handling expenses applicable on the purchase. Mask-Sanitizer.in has the right to cancel the order without notice, if payment has not been received within three days, or, at our discretion, hold the product for the Buyer, charging any storage and insurance costs that may incur. We could also proceed legally to secure execution of the contract of sale.

• In case there is any damage to the product in transit, the Buyer should not accept the parcel and should notify Mask-Sanitizer.in immediately.

• Products received in an unsatisfactory condition by the buyer may be returned to Mask-Sanitizer.in (after intimating Mask-Sanitizer.in to that effect within 48 hours) within 7 working days in an 'as is' condition. In such a case Mask-Sanitizer.in will refund the payment to the buyer and cancel the order. However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition, and NOT because the buyer did not like the product he/she has purchased.

• While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of products exhibited on the website there may still be little variations since each product is individually made. Moreover, there may be some difference between a digital display of product and actual printout.  Any complaint in this is not entertained.

• You agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. In particular, you warrant that all information submitted by you will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date).

• The buyer warrants that all the information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct and any change therein is duly updated and intimated to Mask-Sanitizer.in on timely basis. Mask-Sanitizer.in is entitled to act on the basis of the information provided and seek such further information, clarifications or verification's as it may deem necessary for granting registration. Such registration may be suspended or cancelled where Mask-Sanitizer.in forms a reasonable view that any of the above information may be inaccurate. However, such registration will be restored immediately on the buyer furnishing information to the satisfaction of Mask-Sanitizer.in.

• Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

• Upon processing a successful transaction, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied with the details of your order. Please note that, we DO NOT collect/store credit card/debit card or any of your sensitive financial details on our server.

• Disputes if any, would be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Eligibility

Mask-Sanitizer.in or any service provided by Mask-Sanitizer.in may only be used or accessed by such persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are 'incompetent to contract' within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use Mask-Sanitizer.in.

If you represent and are registering as a business entity, by accepting the Agreement you represent that such entity has sufficient authority under applicable law to enter into the Agreement and you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept this Agreement and you have the authority to bind that business entity to this Agreement.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
